Description of Service
Ticket Fuze provides an online platform for:

- • Selling and purchasing tickets
- • Processing payments securely
- • Managing attendee check-ins
- • Providing event analytics
- • Sending event communications
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the security of your account
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- • Ensuring your account information is up to date
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- • Infringe on the rights of others
- • Create fraudulent or misleading events
- • Sell tickets for illegal activities
- • Harass, abuse, or harm others
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Payment Terms
For Event Organizers
- • Free RSVP events have no fees
- • Typical single-day paid events include a $3 convenience fee per ticket (added to the ticket price). Exempt events may be excluded.
- • You keep 100% of your ticket sales
- • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
For Ticket Buyers
- • Ticket prices include all applicable fees
- • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
- • Refunds are subject to event organizer policies
- • We accept major credit cards and digital wallets
Event Organizer Responsibilities
As an event organizer, you are responsible for:
- • Providing accurate event information
- • Ensuring your event complies with all applicable laws
- • Honoring all ticket sales and refunds
- • Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
- • Providing a safe environment for attendees
- • Handling attendee disputes and complaints
- • Complying with venue and local regulations
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ticket Fuze and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- • Uninterrupted or error-free service
- • Accuracy of event information provided by organizers
- • Success of any event
- • Resolution of disputes between users
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ticket Fuze be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ticket Fuze operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
